Attorney Jennifer T. Campbell (also known as Jenna) focuses her practice on estate planning, estate administration, and probate law, including conservatorships, guardianships, and special needs trusts. Jenna opened her own law practice late in 2010 after spending three years practicing exclusively in estate planning and probate law as an Associate Attorney/Senior Associate Attorney with a mid-size Sacramento firm. Jenna entered McGeorge School of Law with Honors and was awarded a Kennedy Fellowship, receiving a full scholarship. Jenna earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific-McGeorge School of Law, graduating in the top ten percent of her class in 2005. During her time at McGeorge School of Law, she earned Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in Wills and Trusts, as well as Community Property. Prior to attending McGeorge School of Law, she graduated from California State University, Summa Cum Laude, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Philosophy.
Jenna has represented clients in numerous venues throughout California, having appeared in the Counties of Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Amador, Yolo, Butte, Humboldt, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Alameda, Contra Costa, Orange, Ventura, and Los Angeles. Jenna is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar Sections for Solo and Small Firms and Trusts and Estates. She is also a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and their Probate Section, as well as the Sacramento Estate Planning Council. Jenna was certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California in 2020.
Jenna is a native of Fair Oaks, California, and has spent most of her life in the Sacramento area. She still lives in Fair Oaks with her husband and children, two of whom have special needs.
